Safety is part of the product, not a tagline.
A community platform cannot credibly promise safety through branding alone. LunaSpin’s policies, controls and operational processes will need to work together — and remain open to scrutiny as the platform grows.

Meaningful user controls.
Privacy, audience, blocking and reporting controls are being treated as core product requirements. Their exact behaviour will be documented before people are asked to rely on them.
03 / Response
Moderation with a visible process.
Reports need review, proportionate action and a route for appeal. LunaSpin is developing these workflows alongside its safeguarding and sensitive-content policies.
04 / Privacy
Private media by design.
The planned technical approach keeps member media in private storage and uses controlled access rather than treating uploads as permanently public files.
Safety work is never finished.
