This notice covers the public marketing website at lunaspin.app and the early-access journey linked from it. A fuller notice will be published for the LunaSpin app before account registration opens.

The marketing website itself does not create user accounts or accept payments. Cabin supplies anonymous, aggregate website statistics such as page views, approximate country, device category, browser, operating system, language, screen size and referral category.

If you follow the early-access link, the hosted form may collect the details you choose to submit. That form is provided using Twilio SendGrid infrastructure and should display the information that applies to the submission.

4. Why we use information

We use aggregate website statistics to understand which pages are useful and improve the website. Early-access details are used to provide the updates or invitations requested through the form.

5. Sharing and international processing

Cabin provides privacy-focused web analytics. Twilio SendGrid supports the hosted early-access form and related email delivery. These providers may process information in countries outside the UK; appropriate contractual or other lawful safeguards should be confirmed as part of the launch review.

6. Retention and your rights

Aggregate analytics are retained according to the Cabin plan and settings used by LunaSpin. Early-access information should be retained only while it remains useful for the purpose described when it was collected.
